When it comes to washed Ethiopian coffees, we can be picky. Thankfully our partners at Red Fox are constantly highlighting amazing Guji coffees with the exact flavor profile we are looking for. Central Guji is one of the coffee world’s veritable treasure chests. As the Ethiopian coffee trade has made itself over several times in the past 12 years, so has Red Fox. Thanks to this collaboration between Red Fox and the farmers and producers of the Guji region, we are able to offer a Repetition staple coffee.
This particular coffee from the Muda Tatesa washing station undergoes a 72 hour fermentation after being fully washed. This in combination with the 2340 MASL elevation makes for a delicate, flavorful cup. The gentle bursts of citrus acidity dance along with sweet chocolate undertones. It's delicious, what more can we say?
