Amelilo's Cafe Capitan is about 2 years old. At the point of inception, they broke off from a larger umbrella cooperative to work on pursuing higher quality and delivering higher premiums to farmers. They work with farmers in the pueblos of Comunidad Monterey, Santerita, Laguna del Cofre, Capitan, and Las Pilas.

This coffee is everything we have been loving from the offerings coming out of Mexico recently. Crisp citrus and tea flavors mingle with the typical heavier chocolate notes making this coffee versatile and enjoyable for all brewing methods.
