Janine Ipia is a leader in local coffee community, actively promoting coffee cultivation as a solution to achieving a better livelihood for local farmers.
Finca La Meseta is 3-hectare lot growing Typica beans at an altitude of 2,200 MASL. Cherries are selectively picked when they are ripe and depulped the same day. They are then fermented for 24 hours before washing the coffee to be dried on raised beds under parabolic covers for 18 days.
The attention to detail creates a complex cup with a bright green grape, star fruit acidity and a deep chocolate body. Enjoy!
