The 1,500-hectare coffee estate in Masha is the perfect environment for producing the best quality specialty coffee in the region. The combination of high elevation and plentiful rainfall helps cultivate this exquisite-tasting coffee.
While most of the time natural processed Ethiopian coffees have an upfront flavor profile of ripe fruit, this coffee is a bit more subtle while maintaining the sweetness that we love in coffee from this region. In this cup, the fruit notes are still present but take a backseat to lighter, but just as sweet, notes of vanilla, melon candy, and fresh pine.
