This sweet and subtle Brazil coffee was produced by João Hamilton. João works with our friends at FAF and produces some of our favorite coffees coming out of Brazil. We've visited João's farm and can attest to his passion and attention to detail in producing ecologically sustainable and delicious coffees.
Produced on Sítio Canaã Farm in Mococa, São Paulo, this coffee is a fully washed Yellow Catuai grown at approximately 1,200-1,300 meters above sea level. It's so buttery sweet with floral and fruity notes.
