Peru / Cusco
This is a Fair Trade certified coffee produced by the Aprocafe Cooperative. It was grown in the Calca province of Cusco at an altitude of 1,900 - 2,000 MASL. It is blend of Typica, Caturra and Bourbon varietals.
This cup is a crowd pleaser. We enjoy the subtle notes of almond, plum and milk chocolate. Does great on pour-over, chemed or batch brew.
