Grown high in the Andes within Colombia’s celebrated Huila region, this decaf showcases the area’s ideal combination of altitude, volcanic soil, and microclimates that have made it one of the most respected coffee origins in the world. Huila is a landscape shaped by smallholder farmers—most working fewer than three hectares—whose dedication drives the region’s unmistakable quality and character.
This coffee is washed and naturally decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate “Sugarcane” process, a method that preserves flavor while gently removing caffeine.
