Finca San José Buena Vista is situated off the slopes of the currently dormant Volcán de Agua. The volcano is the iconic backdrop of Antigua and the area around it is known for its mineral-rich soils and diverse microclimates.
Don Adolfo acquired the farm in 2005 and quickly turned it into a passionate family business that in recent years has achieved notable successes in competitions. Adolfo Coffee, was founded by the family in 2016 in honor of Don Adolfo and continues to offer high-quality, single-origin coffee, focusing on the unique characteristics of the Antigua region.
This fully washed Guatemala is a great representation of why we love coffee from this area, and a great cup to start your morning! Thanks to our friends at Two Birds in Kansas City bringing us this coffee.
