This fully washed coffee is part of the The Regional Select program that highlights unique profiles our importer sources including the Puebla region of Mexico. Puebla is a small but diverse and volcanic region in Eastern Mexico. The cooler temperatures and impressive elevation create a climate suited to coffee production. Although the Puebla region hasn’t been notably known for coffee, there have been some stand-out microlots popping up in recent years. There are many small producers in Puebla that have yet to be recognized for their quality cultivation, and we are so excited to help support by showcasing this offering for you!
These lots are built as blends from coffees that score very high on the 100-point cupping scale, and come with regional and often microregional traceability, but are not farm or producer specific.
We hope this cup will take you on a daydream about tropical, mountainous volcanoes while getting your morning started!
