We are extremely excited to be working with Steeped Coffee, a new single-serve brew product. Steeped Coffee’s goal is to reduce waste, while still providing a high-grade specialty coffee experience. The Steeped Coffee pouch is fully compostable, as well as ultrasonically sealed, eliminating the need for glue or staples. We provide our specialty grade coffee to Steeped, who then precision grinds it down to the micron and nitrogen seals it for freshness and ideal extraction. Being a single-serve brew method, this means you no longer have to make excess coffee when you just need one cup. This is ideal for the one customer who wants just a single cup of decaf or to avoid using the sketchy hotel coffee maker on vacations. All that’s needed is a cup and hot water, which means you can take your favorite Repetition coffee virtually anywhere, without having to worry about having to lug around extra equipment.

This blend was crafted especially for our friends at Sunflower Outdoor & Bike Shop located in downtown Lawrence, KS since 1972.  In 2020 they launched a café in the bike store!

Collaboratively we came up with +859 Ft Above for its balanced acidy and full, creamy body.  Nuances of cranberry and gingersnap acidity are rounded out by toffee and cocoa.
