We’re so excited to offer this varietal from Two Birds Coffee, an importer we’ve recently struck up a close relationship with! In 2014, this family business set out to champion ethical and environmentally friendly coffee producers and help spread their products all across the world. This coffee is really something special, and we’re grateful to Two Birds for their efforts while also providing us a super delicious cup.
This lot is grown on a polyculture farm by the name of Rosario Pecul, which champions conservation and ecological preservation. Their coffee and other exports are grown alongside 100 acres of untouched natural reserve. In addition to coffee, this farm is known for their macadamia, pine, and vanilla products. Fun fact: in a year, over 190 different species of birds were spotted in the Rosario Pecul ecological preserve!
